You may want to bring more equipment based on your type of boat, your activity and the current and forecasted weather and water conditions. You can review the equipment you must carry aboard your boat and<br \/>\nget specific information about each piece.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<table class=\"table\">\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th colspan=\"2\">PERSONAL LIFESAVING APPLIANCES<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>One (1) lifejacket or PFD for each person on board.*<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>One (1) reboarding device<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/weathertoboat.ca\/fr\/notes\/\">(See Note 1)<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>One (1) buoyant heaving line at least 15 m (49&#8217;3&#8243;) long.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<div id=\"paddleboatsWatercycles-markdown102\" class=\"show-list-numbers-and-dots callout\">\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">*If everyone on board is wearing a lifejacket or a PFD of appropriate size, you are only required to carry<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">1) a sound-signalling device;
